These double flare plugs are carved from Marcasite with a flat face on both sides and wearable area of 3/8" between flares
These double flare oval teardrop tunnels are handmade from water buffalo horn and polished to a smooth finish by Siam Organics
Weight: approximately 20 grams each piece
The 16 gauge plague doctor end is made from high polish 6AL4V F-136 implant grade titanium
The 16 gauge bee replacement end is made from high polish grade 23 titanium (Ti 6Al-4V ELI ASTM F136)

They fit stretched ear lobes sized 1 2" or larger. These can be difficult to insert if you don't wear double flared jewelry in your stated size. These are available in 1 2" only.
