Organic/BiodynamicA smooth and enjoyable take on a Southern Italian classic, made in Brooklyn. 20 botanicals including gentian, orange peel, chinchona bark, cardamom, eucalyptus and myrrh. Aged for 6 months in used whiskey barrels. Sweetened with organic upstate NY honey and cane sugar. A winner after dinner and a champ at settling stomachs. 34% abv.
