Stranahan's 'Diamond Peak' Colorado Whiskey Ichiro's Malt earthy funk reminiscent of agedStranahan's Diamond Peak is selected from the distilleries oldest and rarest casks by Master Distiller Rob Dietrich. Diamond Peak is single malt whisky aged a mimimum of four years in #3 char American Oak barrels at the distilleires mile high warehouse in Denver, Colorado. It's non chill filttered and cut to proof with water sourced from the Eldorado spring, situated just outside Boulder, Colorado. Then, each batch is bottled by hand. Tasting Notes:
