Vintage Blue Floral and Feather Fascinator Santa_ornament Whitman Publishing CompanyA vintage blue floral fascinator with feather. The felt dark blue oval is trimmed in dark blue grosgrain ribbon. Adorned with blue and cream flowers, a pale pink bow, and a beige brown feather. With original glass tipped hat pin. The fascinator appears home made to me with hand stitching. A fabulous small head covering, the oval measures approximately 5" x 4". In very good vintage condition with age appropriate coloration.
