Day Wines Vin de Days Blanc 2022 Penedes Owned and run by winemakerRiesling (31%), Meller Thurgau (26%), Pinot Blanc (23%), Pinot Gris (18%), and Muscat (2%). This is an Alsatian style white blend of four organically farmed vineyards from around the Willamette Valley. Grapes are direct pressed and co fermented in stainless steel. All native yeasts, full malo, minimal so2 addition before bottling. 12% abv.
