NDA Cross Country Mens New Englander Rain Jacket (9199) Quarter this pullover sports a TopShield™100% polyurethane bonded to a woven 3. 98 oz. yd2 taffeta nylon, this jacket is wind & water proof with heat sealed seams for maximum weather protection. It sports a grey mesh lining in body & front yoke, plus underarm vents for air flow. There's a 2 way zipper for unrestricted motion, plus a full length wind flap for optimal defense. For visibility (Black, Red, True Navy, & Grey only), a 3M Reflective strip across back is included. Secure your items
