Quintaliza Reposado 6 Barrel Batch The nose of this whiskeyQuintaliza Reposado takes an agave first approach to coffee barrel aging. Produced at NOM 1522 in Amatitn, Jalisco, it begins with 100% organic mature Blue Weber agave, naturally fermented for three days and double distilled in traditional alembics before its double barrel maturation. The producer notes roasted coffee, caramelized agave and earthy tones on the nose, moving into oak wood, rich chocolate and subtly sweet agave on the palate. A smooth
