This material is tough and corrosion resistant making it suitable for exposure to sea water. This socket is used to connect two pieces of equal sized pipe. The socket has 2" BSP female threaded ports. Please Note: All fittings used for through hull applications must be correctly electrically bonded to ensure protection from electrolytic corrosion. Bronze is highly suitable for below waterline
