All Harris Tweed is woven by hand on a treadle loom at the home of the weaver - not in a mill - and can only be made in the islands which make up the Outer Hebrides in Scotland

I wanted to feature a native Scottish breed so this yarn is a blend of 60% BFL and 40% Hebridean fleece

It's milled in the UK, it's gorgeously soft and squishy, it's non superwash and fingering weight at 350m per 100g skein. It has a 2ply structure, and is fabulously lustrous. Recommended needle 3mm 3. 75mm. An amazing yarn for shawls and garments.
