Morar - Selkie July I’ve easily used my OriginalSelkie is the perfect summer yarn, made from 100% Bourette Silk. Bourette silk is made from the waste products of ordinary silk production, utilizing the short fibres left in the cocoon. The result is a soft but textural yarn, with a matte finish, and all the thermoregulation properties of silk! At 480m per 100g this yarn is a fingering weight, and is perfect for summer tops, tshirts, cardigans you name it!
