Themes include global expansion, resource production, political tactics, economy management, military action, controlling the fate of your dice, planning and timing, completing achievements, and more. Players will produce resources, move Elite and armies, assemble new civilians, and spend resources to perform actions. At the end of three Acts, the player with the most Victory Points wins!
