Can of course be used on its own but our recommendation is to hold it together with another yarn - using it the same way you'd use Oosey Suri Silkpaca or a mohair yarn

Granite - Mirknen Mirknen V&A Dundee worked with GlasgowOriginally from our Heavy naturals collection. Mirknen is 40% BFL, 40% Shetland, 20% Alpaca! It's milled in the UK, it's gorgeously soft and squishy, it's non superwash and fingering weight at 350m per 100g skein. It has a 2ply structure, and is fabulously lustrous. Recommended needle 3mm 3. 75mm. An amazing yarn for shawls and garments.
