The resulting infused spirit is then distilled a 4th time
Sem Igual Vinho Verde 2021 Vietnam black cherryRoughly 70% Arinto and 30% Azal, grown on sandy granite soils. The wine is directly pressed off the skins and fermented and aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine ages on the fine lees for roughly 18 months, before aging further in bottle until they feel its ready for release.
