Maestrini Brass Water Intake Scoop (Oval / 1" BSP) marinco 25HP E25EERR 1994 LOWER ENGINEMaestrini scoop strainer made from brass, with an oval shaped grating. This scoop is designed for raw water intake systems, such as those used for engine coolant. It fits through the hull with the grating on the outside and the male threaded pipe leading inside, usually to a valve to open and close the intake.
