On the nose, subtle floral aromas, enhanced by aromas of lime leaves, pear and tobacco, as well as a light hint of vanilla. On the palate it is delicately fruity, underlined by some spicy notes. Baron Otard VSOP can be enjoyed as an aperitif with 5 or 6 cl of tonic to 2 cl of cognac and some ice cubes, or neat with cheese such as cheddar or roquefort or
